Sometimes issues can be resolved as simply as restarting the outside and inside equipment. The exact method for restarting inside equipment depends on your router. If you have the AirCube, supplied by us on new activation since early 2020, restarting the cube also restarts the outside equipment in one go. If you have a router you've supplied, or one installed before January 2020, the outside equipment and the home router will need to be restarted separately.

We strive to respond to all messages quickly, within two hours during business hours. Leaving voicemails, texts, emails, and facebook messages at the same time cannot speed this up, they all go to the same few people.
